I hereby consent to Severnoe Siyanie Limited Liability Company (OGRN 1185190006968, TIN 5190078636, address: 2a Energetikov Street, Tumanny urban-type settlement, Kola District, Murmansk Region, 184375, Russia; hereinafter the “Organization”) using my review of the Organization published online, as well as any images of me captured during photo or video recording while the Organization provides its services, for advertising purposes.
The Organization may not use the review or images in a manner that damages my honor, dignity or business reputation.
I understand that the published information will be accessible to an unlimited number of people, and that the Organization is not responsible for its further distribution online.
The rights holder may transfer the stated rights to the review and images to third parties for purposes related to the Organization’s advertising campaigns.
This consent takes effect when given and remains valid for 20 years.
I understand that I have the right to withdraw my consent.
Consent may be withdrawn by submitting a written application to the Organization’s registered address and emailing a scanned copy to: sevs51@mail.ru.
Upon receiving a written withdrawal of this consent, the Organization must remove all published information from the Internet within 10 calendar days.
