Consent to the processing of personal data

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA 

By placing an order for services and/or subscribing to the newsletter on https://myaurora51.ru/, the User accepts this Consent to the Processing of Personal Data (the “Consent”).

Acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, the User consents to Severnoe Siyanie LLC (OGRN 1185190006968, TIN 5190078636, 2a Energetikov Street, Tumanny urban-type settlement, Kola District, Murmansk Region, 184375, Russia) processing their personal data on the following terms:

  1. This Consent covers the processing of personal data both by automated means and without automation, under the terms of the Privacy Policy. The latest version is always available on the Website.
  2. Consent is given to process the following User personal data, excluding special categories and biometric data:

initials, surname and first name;

email addresses;

contact telephone numbers;

user data: location; operating system type and version; browser type and version; device type and screen resolution; source that brought the User to the Website, including the referring site or advertisement; operating system and browser language; IP address.

  1. Personal data is not publicly available.
  2. Purpose of personal data processing:

identifying a User registered on the Website in order to place an order through the website at myaurora51.ru;

providing the User with access to personalized resources on the Website;

establishing feedback with the User, including sending notices and requests concerning use of the company’s Website and provision of services, and processing User requests and applications;

notifying the User about the status of an Order or Request;

processing and receiving payments, confirming tax or tax benefits, and contesting a payment;

with the User’s consent, providing product updates, special offers, pricing information and other information by email and SMS, and conducting advertising on behalf of Severnoe Siyanie LLC.

  1. The legal grounds for processing personal data are:

Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation;

Clauses 1 and 5 of Part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”;

this Consent.

  1. The following operations will be performed on personal data: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; updating or changing; retrieval; use; transfer (dissemination, provision or access); blocking; deletion; and destruction.
  2. Personal data is processed until the data subject requests that processing stop. Personal data recorded on paper is stored in accordance with Federal Law No. 125-FZ “On Archival Affairs in the Russian Federation” and other regulations on archival affairs and storage.
  3. The data subject or their representative may withdraw this Consent by sending a written application to the Operator or its representative at the address listed on https://myaurora51.ru/.
  4. If the data subject or their representative withdraws consent to the Operator’s processing of personal data, the Operator may continue processing without consent if grounds exist under Clauses 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 or Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006.   5. This Consent remains in effect until the personal data specified in Clauses 7 and 8 of the Consent ceases to be processed.
