Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes according to approved recipes, process sheets and quality standards.
- Check ingredient quality, use-by dates and storage conditions.
- Keep the work area clean and follow sanitary standards.
- Prepare orders for ingredients and prepped items, and use supplies efficiently.
- Work as part of a team and accommodate guest requests within the menu.
Requirements
- A valid medical health book, or willingness to obtain one.
- Knowledge of and compliance with SanPiN.
- Careful, responsible and able to follow recipes and standards.
- Culinary training and experience as a cook are an advantage, but not required.
