Manage the park’s restaurant operations: team, service, guest experience, purchasing, expenses and process development.
Working conditions

- Full-time, employment contract
- On-site, 6/1, 5/2 or other schedule options
- 8- or 9-hour workday, or by arrangement
- Company transport available
Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee the restaurant operation at every stage.
- Build, train and motivate the team.
- Oversee service quality, service standards and guest relations.
- Manage purchasing, inventory and expenses; analyze financial performance.
- Improve processes and ensure compliance with sanitary and safety requirements.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a management role in the restaurant business.
- Knowledge of service standards and team management principles.
- Able to organize processes, monitor quality and work with financial reports.
- Leadership, communication and the ability to work under pressure.
